Q1. Do you charge for delivery?

Ans: Delivery within Singapore is free for purchase above S$100. For purchase below S$100 we charge a delivery fee of just S$3.

Q2. Do you deliver to countries outside Singapore?

Ans: Currently delivery outside of Singapore is done on a case by case basis. Please email your request to info@face.sg and we will advise you accordingly.

Q3. What are the payment options available?

Ans: You can pay via Paypal, Credit Cards (Select Paypal to get Credit Cards option) and Cash on Delivery (COD).

Q4. Is there any other way to order your products?

Ans: If you do not like to use the on-line ordering, you may send us your request via email - info@face.sg  - by including the items you like to order, Your name, Telephone and Delivery address. We will contact you once we received your email. Alternatively you can simply call us at 6748-2698.

Q5. Where do you get your products from?

Ans: Our products are either directly from the manufacturer or distributors. You can be certain that our products are all authentic.

Q6. When will you deliver the products after I placed the order online?

Ans: We will normally deliver within 2 to 3 working days after receiving the order. In fact 95% of the orders are fulfilled within 2 working days. We will normally call or sms you to arrange for a convenient time before delivery the products. Delivery is normally Mon - Fri, 9am to 6pm. Special arrangements can be made on request.

Q7. Can you deliver to my office?

Ans: Yes we can deliver to your office or any alternative address (accept places like Jurong Island or other off-shore island) Yes we deliver to Sentosa :). For overseas address, please email us.
